"Everything ok"

"This hotel has the rent by the hour vibes. The parking lot was full of people who appeared to be living there. The pics looked ok, we did not even end up checking in the parking lot and lobby made us feel so unsafe. We bought the coverage and tried to cancel and get refunded but the coverage is a trap. Don’t stay here no matter what and don’t waste money on trip insurance. "

"The room was in excellent condition, just a couple of things to point out, the fridge was noisy which they came out and exchanged it, I didn’t like having a room facing the freeway that was very noisy.they have more than one trash can in the rooms."

"This property is a must visit. We have been there three times now and will return again. The property is beautiful and the onsite restaurant and spa are fantastic."

"We had planned to enjoy the jacuzzi but it was outdoors and too cold to be out. The dry sauna was also not enjoyed due to the door not shutting so, heat would escape. The hotel is under construction so, we were awakened at 8 AM with hammering noises. The cleaning staff outside of our door was loud."

"Room recently looked to be redone but overall had a damp smell to it. Enough so I went out to buy an air fresher after the first night. Pool area and lobby were nice. Parts of the room including signage, thermostat, etc were super old looking."

"Breakfast was ok, we thought room would be cleaned but no because when we checked in they did not ask so therefore no cleaning, hallway had stuff sitting in aisle, not picked up, coffe was not refilled. We did need t bother with hot tub as we were very disappointed with the services. We have stayed at this location many times but the service is getting worse with every visit, considering another location going forward. "
