Absolutamente fantástico. Es un sitio de ensueño, la comida maravillosa y el lugar impactante. Lo más especial sin embargo es la atención del personal. Se comprometen a la llegada de hacerte sentir en casa y realmente lo logran. No hubo detalle que no atendieran y momento en el cual no nos hicieran sentir como dueños de ese maravilloso palacio. Didn’t like that the air conditioner temperture was regulated! The room temperture was hot for me and the personal of the hotel didn’t do anything about it! They only responded they couldn’t di anything because temperture is regulated! When i did the reservation that wanst explained anywhere! If im paying for a room a want the room to have a comfortable temperture so i can sleep well! I couldn’t sleep well bexause of the hot room temperature!

Had a great stay. Surprise goodies every morning was a pleasant treat. Location was perfect for our exploring. Central to all directions we ventured out to. For the days of no exploration needed the pool is well situated, receiving the majority of sunlight throughout the day. Location of the pool also, it maintained a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Limited equipment in the gym, but definitely enough given the incline and decline walks that are guaranteed daily. Staff were super helpful and kind. When we return to Santander we will most definitely choose to stay here, without hesitation. Was very well appreciated. Look forward to returning.
