« Facility is undergoing a remodel and there is construction debris everywhere, pool and other facilities closed. Only second and third floor rooms available and they are charging $200+ a night. Most disappointing is that there is no information on website or vendor sites providing information and you become aware only upon arrival. Place so dirty and disruptive that we refused to stay. »

« We specifically chose this location because of the pool so our kids could swim. After checking in, we discovered the pool was completely closed and had been drained. There was nothing on the website warning about it. For the price we paid for one night, missing one of the big amenities was a disappointment. I noted all of this to the person at the checkout desk, and she said she would talk to her manager, but we were never contacted about it. »
