« The lady at front desk (Jackie?) was very nice, fun and helped us in many ways. It’s an old building and that’s a part of experience. The only disappointment was the jet tab in our room. Probably not used much though looked clean, the hot water was brownish and a bit challenging to use it. Still we enjoyed our stay :) »

« Just a great time - nice lodge feel. Meticulous grounds. Beautiful sunrises along the river. Beds very comfortable. Rooms spacious. Everything clean and well kept. Pool beautiful. Nice fireplace and firpit. Housekeeping exceptional. A few nice choices for breakfast. Just a fabulous place to stay - we'll return. »

« Loud kids running around on the floor above after 10 pm for over an hr and also early in the morning (7am) Not the kids fault, it’s the parents. Suggestion: families with kids should have to stay on the ground floor in all hotels/motels. »

« Just imagine, college buddies who graduated with a degree in business buy an old motel and revamp it to the definition of “hipster” in 2015. That’s what this place is. Super cool though. »

« HORRIBLE ROOM, TERRIBLE!!!! NEVER will stay again at days in. Horrible. Unacceptable. I hope a health department will show up for an inspection of your rooms. They will close you down instantly Unacceptable. Room 103 had a bathroom door with 1/3 of it MOLD. On the bottom it was coming apart. I could not believe it when I saw it. How can you offer that to your customers. MOLD smell and inhalation affects someone’s Health. I have asthma and respiratory issues. I have no words and my blood...

« We had a 2 night stay and were not informed at check in the room wouldn't be made up daily. We can appreciate re-using towels but for the price they should have made the bed, taken out the trash, restocked our coffee, and replaced the disposable coffee cups. I had to make 3 trips to the lobby to get Coffee and cups. »

« Conveniently located hotel for us in Petoskey while we visited family in the area. Was near shopping, restaurants and even a casino if you’re into that kind of thing. Only complaints we had were the fairly tight/limited parking and that the room walls didn’t seem to insulate sound very well. »

« The staff was nice the rooms were clean but there were times I didn't feel safe in the room because people were walking through the parking lot bums a couple of times at night there's no true security there yes your rooms do lock but if you want to have a cigarette you have to go outside which is fine but that's when you run into the weirdos at night »
