" We stayed at this hotel for six days and enjoyed a cozy, clean apartment. Everything was spotlessly maintained, and we felt comfortable during our stay. The only issue was the bed, which was very soft and not ideal for me, as I experienced back pain each night. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. The breakfast lady was incredibly friendly and did a great job keeping the area tidy and organized. We had a lovely time and would definitely choose to stay here again. "

"Great hotel right off the toll road. Ashley was the front desk attendant when we checked in. We went to the room and realized we had booked a smaller room than we thought. We thought we had booked a suite with a separate bedroom. I went down to speak with Ashley about my mistake, and she politely upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. Incredibly nice hotel. The lobby, rooms, and exterior were well maintained and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield area. "
