The guest services reps are RUDE! You have to tip shuttle drivers if you want a ride to and from your room and the way the layout is of the property you will want/need the shuttle. And don’t get me started on that funky smelling beach that you cannot even get on due to the funky seaweed. You have to take a shuttle to an offsite beach. Save your money!
