"Cleanliness definitely wasn’t there. Rugs were all stained and mold was on the bed comforter. Light switch zapped and sparked the fan in the kitchen also had a spark coming from it. When told the owner he told me it was up to code and functioned properly. The outdoor shower was not complete. A shower head is definitely needed. The hot tub already had sand in it and it was off season. There was a broken down hot tub on the property . The “newly renovated “ bathroom had to turn the knob a few times to even find hot water and good luck turning it off. "

"The main problem was the pool. It wasn't clean/available. Everything else was great! "

"We loved the location of this condo and it was perfect for the two of us. Having the balcony to sit on in the morning and afternoons was really nice."

"I always worry about booking a place that isn't run by a Superhost, or a hotel. You never know what you walking into, and whether there is anyone who can help. We arrived at 6:30pm. Lots of day light left, so no issues finding the place, or getting in. The WiFi was down, and we needed a blanket. Called the support phone number at 7pm. The answering service took a message. At 9am the next day (after we'd left, and been on the road for an hour) we got a text asking if we still needed help. Turns out support is only available 9-5. Service is 0 stars, the unit itself was clean, though some of the furniture in the bedroom looked like it suffered storm damage and was warped and cracked and should be replaced. Found a flyer for the unit, apparently its for sale. "

"You could see the ocean from top deck very nice would definitely stay here again very well kept and stocked "

"We stayed with our two young boys and this was a great place for our family. The views are beautiful and the house was clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay again. "

"The host seemed to forget we were staying at the property. On the second day of our trip, a real estate agent arrived to show the property while we were inside. We let them know we were staying for a few days, and they said that they were told the property would be empty. There were multiple broken appliances inside and the pool was dirty, but we were able to manage to get by since there were duplicate appliances available. "
