The atmosphere was friendly and caring.

Loved this place. The staff was amazing! They were friendly and accommodating. The property was a little dated but still very nice and clean. We were told they are about to undergo a major renovation in a few months. The only thing I did not like was the long lines to get into the property. They need to fix that!

I loved how many food options there were. We ate at a different restaurant each day. They had everything you needed at the resort. You do not have to leave the resort for anything.

Didn’t like that the hospital staff told me I had to wait an hour for rags and towels also i needed an item from the restaurant closed to early…….no complimentary breakfast like advertised……,the elevators suck or they are off track

We had quite a few issues with our room but the staff were amazing!! Jah was extremely helpful and courteous! Each time I called with a concern I was met with kindness and action no matter which staff member I spoke too. The pool and beach were beautiful! My kids had a blast! Thank you to the staff for making our stay enjoyable!
