The living area was spacious and comfortable, the shower in the bathroom was excellent and the bed very comfortable. It had very obviously been recently refurbished. We were right in the middle of St Leonards to the west and old town Hastings to the east. Since the main purpose for our planned visit was my brother’s wedding, I made the trip alone. I did share the details of the accommodation with my wife via video call, and we could not have been happier with this choice. Everything was as described and the place was spotlessly clean. The many thoughtful touches, like tea and coffee, extra heating if needed, and so on, were very much appreciated. The decor and appointments were also tastefully chosen and comfortable. As for location, for me it worked perfectly and is very convenient for the centre of town. Parking is limited (no surprise in a British town centre) so what I did was to leave my hire car at my brother’s home and use buses and taxis to get around town. The bus service is excellent. All in all, I had a wonderful stay. I did get an opportunity to visit accommodations that other family members had booked, and they were not up to the standard of this property. I highly recommend this property, and hope to stay here again on future visits. I know my wife will love it when she is eventually able to make the trip with me. ##### John P. It was within easy walking distance of all amenities. It is also well equipped in terms of kitchen etc. Unfortunately we had a few issues, most of which were sorted and the property manager was very helpful. However a broken window handle in the bedroom did not get fixed and meant the bedroom was just too hot to sleep in.
