"Our recent stay at Cape Sands Inn was disappointing. We requested a room with a patio and were told none were available, yet it was clearly off season, most rooms appeared empty, and there were barely any cars in the parking lot. It did not seem accurate or accommodating. Customer service was poor. The staff member assisting me was texting on his phone during check-in and kept looking at his screen instead of giving proper attention. It felt rude and unprofessional. The towels in the bathroom looked clean at first because they were folded neatly, but once opened there were old stains on them. That raised concerns about cleanliness. The hotel amenities listed kids games and activities, but there were none available besides the pool and hot tub. There were also no lifeguards present, which is important information for families with children. Pool and hot tub was okay. No snacks in the vending machine and barely any drinks in there. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here."

"Clean room, the staff friendly and the breakfast is good and the prices ok"

"Room was clean and spacious. Lots of small details like keurig , slippers , robe that were a plus. It was off season so some amenities were not available. Lots of new staff so we were misdirected a few times. Shout out to Molly who was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are I. Separate building from restaurant, a short walk but still , I wished I had known for packing. Pool and gym is in west building, I wish I had known that since it was a chilly walk outside to get there. Spa is off site fyi. Shuttle is available but no one mentioned that at check in. Overall it was a nice place, close to bike path and 5 Min walk to beach. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect. We enjoyed the fire by the bay. The walls are thin and we ended up using a white noise ap to block out the noise. A warning to anyone who struggles with stairs. There is not an elevator and even if you get a first floor room the breakfast buffet is gonna flight of stairs. If stairs aren’t an issue for your group then this is a great hotel."

"Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well since there was a dog in another room barking all night. Also the jacuzzi we filled up and didn’t stay like that it has a hole and never filled. Blower in room don’t work either. This place use to be a great place and great rooms this one unfortunately wasn’t that good."

"Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice space and the fridge has a good freezer. Parking was great, close to the room and well lit Front desk clerks were nice and helpful. My only suggestion is maybe get some peanut butter packet for the toast and bagels😬"
