This classic Cape style home is nestled on a cul-de-sac in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, surrounded by woods and a stone's throw from the Captains Golf Course. The wooded lot offers a buffer in every direction and conservation land on one side. You can enjoy the quiet setting while you drink your morning coffee in the vaulted sun room, barbecue on the outdoor deck, lounge in the hammock or relax around the fire pit. The location is perfect for guests who want to enjoy the Cape beaches and activities and then retreat to a private sanctuary to recharge their batteries. Leafy neighborhood is great for walking and dog friendly!

Some destinations within a 10-15 minute drive are:
*Nauset, Skaket, Ridgevale, Cockle Cove and Red River Beaches. Or freshwater Long Pond and Cliff Pond.
*The Cape Cod Rail Trail (and bike rental) is nearby with 30 miles of paved trail that takes you from Wellfleet through Chatham and Yarmouth and passes popular attractions including Coast Guard beach, quaint Chatham Main Street, lakes and cranberry bogs. Plenty of spots to stop for a drink, lunch or swim.
*Nickerson State Park to hike the Cliff Pond Trail and rent paddle boats or kayaks and swim.
*Golf at three public courses.
*First class collegiate baseball with the Harwich Mariners or Chatham Anglers at Whitehouse or Veterans Field throughout the summer.

The house is 5 minutes from a grocery store but you will also want to explore all the Cape Cod favorite eating spots within a few minutes drive including Marion's Pie Shop, Schoolhouse Ice Cream and the Hot Chocolate Sparrow. And of course fresh fish and sea food at Chatham Fish&Lobster, Kreme N' Kone or the Fish Pier!

Our home is spacious with an open floor plan combining a living room, dining room, kitchen and sunroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom/den and laundry room off kitchen downstairs with bathrooms on each floor. Equipped with everything you need to enjoy summer including an outdoor shower, gas grill, air conditioning, a deck with furniture, espresso machine, smart tv, board games and a fire pit.

Enjoyable and relaxing!

We found a wonderful house for our first trip to the cape. Close to several beaches and great restaurants. Peaceful and quiet area which we greatly appreciated. Stephen was welcoming and accessible and offered great suggestions. The sunroom and deck where great places to start and end our days. Always joined by a cardinal or a rabbit too! Had a great week!

Very nice but could use another bedroom and bathroom.

Nice area close to golf and beaches. The house was nice with central AC and plenty of room. The only TV was in the first floor bedroom/Den which was difficult if more than 2 people wanted to watch TV or if someone was using the room as a bedroom as we were. The deck was nice with plenty of room.

Quiet retreat

This home is everything you expect from the Cape. It is located in a quiet area in East Harwich but close to all the wonderful things the Cape has to offer in every direction. Centrally located and an easy ride to the outer cape or the lower cape, whichever you might choose. Access to ocean and bay beaches, great restaurants, bike trail and more. We enjoyed our stay so much. The house is well equipped and clean, plenty of room for everyone. Perfect home base while on vacation. I would definitely go back!

Comfortable hideaway

This house has all the comforts you will need with he exception of a nice TV and area to enjoy it. Lovely secluded deck and gardens on a cul-de-sac. Nice open lay out. Not modern but clean and has essentials. Nic outdoor shower too.
