A notre arrivée, l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé dans l'escalier et dans la chambre. Malgré un séjour de 3 jours, jamais les planchers ont été balayés. A la piscine, les surveillants sont constamment sur leurs téléphones. A la plage, personne pour nous donner une serviette ou nous offrir un tour de bateau pourtant inclus dans le forfait.
