"We stay at the Arcadian mainly due to the proximity to Fenway Park (1-mile walk). This stay wasn’t great, though. Started out with only 3 towels and 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 4 people…had to ask twice to get more. TV didn’t work properly, couldn’t change or turn off the alarm - everybody was woken up unexpectedly at 6 am the first morning. Coffee maker was weird with no instructions (but coffee available in the lobby, too). Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not the best. The convenient location is the Arcadian’s main selling point."

"Clean, comfy room. Great view of the river and of the city. Staff was very accommodating with early check in and holding our bags for a few hours after we checked out! Will definitely be back!"

"My daughter and I stayed at the Sheraton in Newton, MA. The experience was beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful. I came to visit my eldest, who attends BU. The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful when we needed assistance. Unfortunately, I didn't have breakfast at the hotel; however, there are restaurants and a bar nearby. I would recommend the Sheraton in Newton, MA, to anyone. The people in the community are friendly. Thanks, I will stay here again."

"Hotel was great. Lots of things for kids, pool, arcade ect. Snack evening hour was great as was the buffet breakfast. No complaints "

"The room is kept clean and comfortable, but the entire hotel seems to be aging with little updating. The food options onsite are limited and pricey. The staff seemed overwhelmed having to manage all of the onsite orders, room service, and the bar with two people visibly working most days. The parking appears to be crumbling. The room is meant for four, we had a party of three but consistently received only two bath towels. The shower products were all empty our first morning, the safe didn’t work, the bathroom has no noticeable ventilation, we had no “do not disturb” option, and the fitness center had 1 of 3 treadmills and 1 of 3 elliptical machines working. There were no towels every morning we entered the fitness center, and the wipes to clean the machines ran out. The pool is decent, beyond the jumping children whose parents clearly interpreted no diving as cannon balls being acceptable. The showers to wash off before the pool were not used by anybody else while there; we used them but the water was ice cold. The location, onsite coffee from Starbucks, and cleanliness are the most redeeming qualities of our stay."
