"Property is outstanding the only critique is that the address given with the check in instructions is not the correct address. Location to excellent especially if you are looking to go to the Dunes!!"

"The location is second to none. It’s a perfect spot and right on the lake. The house is a bit dated, grass was over grown to the point the house looked abandoned, hot tub was dirty, locks didn’t work on bathroom door, and stairs were a nightmare (though that is said in the listing). One small TV. If what you care about is only the outdoors, you can’t beat the deck and location. The owner was in touch about a screen door being broken and other things that were wrong"

"The boathouse was the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend getaway. I absolutely loved the outdoor area and the quaintness of the house. It was close to all the activities we were looking to do and the property owners gave us some great suggestions on where to go for dinner and we found their suggestion about their favorite trail and it did not disappoint. They were prompt to answer any questions and I would definitely stay here again."

"Negatives- beds aren’t so comfortable, upstairs toilet struggles to flush, had to turn on the hot water heater and the place could use a deep clean. Positives- great location, great air conditioning, nice cabin feeling and the deck outside was great to hangout on. Overall I’d stay again and would recommend to anyone."

"This house is beautiful. We’ve stayed here multiple times and plan on coming back. Just walk across some sand and your at the water. You also can look out and watch the sunsets over the lighthouse. The house is so clean and well appointed. The owners are responsive and can tell they take great care of the house."

"House is in a good location with many activities nearby. Very nice backyard and house was very clean. Property manager is quick to respond. Short walk to the dock with a lovely view of silver lake and the dunes. Would stay here again."

"Easy walk to the beach, nice fenced in yard for dogs(must be on chains because fence isnt dog proof). Be very careful where you allow yoir dogs if yoi bring them because there were old pet stains and dogs always want to pee over other dogs pee. Dont let them walk away from you. Our kids loved having the bottom floor to themselves. 40 minute drive to the hunting grounds mu husband likes."

"We spent a chilly, rainy week at the cabin and still had a great time. The steps up and down to the lake are a lot, but are exactly as described in the posting. We had no troubles using them even in the rain. Everything was clean and ready for us to use when we arrived."

"I spent most of my time this weekend as a solo in the cottage as my teens had a 3 on 3 basketball competition in the area. Town was busy because of it, and this cottage was our relaxing retreat away. It was so peaceful watching the deer and little fawn nibble across the street. I am a bit embarrassed to admit that I fell asleep in the Adirondack chair listening to the birds in song. The house was clean, well appointed and had more room than we needed. The host was kind and left me good coffee...

"Very nice cozy house. Beach was at the end of the street over the dunes or two houses down the other way and with steps. Good communication with Melissa and was what I needed for a remembrance Mothers Day stay."

"Was in town for the Hart Hills bike ride, get location, close to Hart and other towns. Comfortable, lots of room for 4-6 people, overall would recommend and will stay at this location again"
