When checking in the staff member copied my drivers license but didn't return it - he was more concerned about the $200 hold on my card and whispering through the plexiglass that is installed. My room smelled like a bottle of cheap cologne was spilled in the room and the scent did not dissipate throughout my stay. The hallways are not temperature controlled and are stifling hot when it is hot outside. Although there was breakfast every morning the gluten free options are limited to yogurt, eggs and limited fruit. Breakfast the second day was chaos - people pushing in front of others to get what they wanted and there is no semblance to the set up so people are every where. The room was clean and well kept - I really appreciate the microwave and fridge in the room so I am able to bring my prepped food with me.

Facility was spotless. There were no staff members on site

very clean hotel, very friendly staff I was even offering an umbrella when it was raining. It’s the little things that make the stay extra wonderful.

There was a problem with the reservation from their side, but because it was booked via Expedia, they didn't even bother to do anything; they just charged me an additional two rooms. The problem was solved after my trip. I called Expedia, and they contacted Caesar’s Windsor.

All the services were excellent.
