« Very clean, great location, walking distance to any part of downtown.
Lots of noise echoing, slamming doors from the other units all throughout the night. Had a visit from a rude repairman to fix the washing machine during day 2 of our stay, from what I can only think was for an issue reported prior to us staying there. It was never communicated to us that this was going to be taking place while we were there.
The shower was large and spacious. The water pressure was not so great. »

« Room needed to be swept and mopped. There was and trash in the floors. The couch needs a good cleaning, one of the bar stools is broken. We found bottle caps and q-tips left in the room that were used. The couch was very uncomfortable for one of our guests. We did find a roll out cot that was helpful. The elevator was out of service, which wa beyond control. The location was great and the condo was very pretty, there was just some additional cleaning/ maintenance that needed to be done. »

« We can't say enough of the awesome experience we had with VRBO and staying at Arkstone Retreat! This was actually our first time using VRBO too! Our unit was so clean and had everything you would need to have a relaxing stay. Beds were comfortable and bath was spotless! You can't find a more perfect place to "pivot" from for visiting the Ark, the Creation Museum or even a quick visit into Cincinnati! We found all our favorite restaurants too!
