« Got to the property at 6pm. Office was locked with a sign to call a local number. Instructions were left via text how to enter our room. Very nicely renod. Comfortable and simple, everything worked as it should. At 11:45 pm, someone was beating on different doors of the motel. 101-104. Possibly looking for a rental office. Will definetly return. Very nice owners. »

« Super easy check in! Judy was amazing and friendly! The kitchen area was handy for making a quick dinner and we cooked our meats over the fire/grill outside. Our kids loved the easy stream access. We will be back! »

« This property is quaint and close to the ark encounter. Price beats everything around without actually camping in a tent. There was a miss on having our check-in envelope\key waiting for us but they responded quickly after hours. We did have to clear a few wasps after getting in and we saw a mouse with signs that mice have had access. We just had to make sure we disinfected the counter before doing anything with food There was also some left over food in the freezer from a previous group so I'm...

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The setting was perfect - clean air, green grass, great views, and horses right outside the door. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea, and the owner even offered to leave some groceries for our arrival, although we declined. We wish we could have stayed a few more days, but real life called us away from this small bit of paradise. We hope to come back for...
