They did send maintenance to our room to fix it, but it didn’t work. We told the front desk that the ac still didn’t work the next morning and we ended getting downgraded to a smaller room which I found disappointing. I have always loved staying here and so Hope. "Staff were nice at check-in and the location was super convenient. Included breakfast was nice. The walls were super thin and the AC would not stay on. The floors were dirty, including with dog kibble from a previous guest. The tv was stuck on Spanish mode with the settings locked down. For the price, I would have expected a nicer cleaner lodging. I did not bring my concerns up during the stay; I’m sure they would have been addressed. This is a motel-style place with exterior doors. Due to the rain I didn’t get a chance to try the pool. "
