Dec 15, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Getting from the parking area to the main house was dangerous due to the uneven steps and poor lighting. Our Granddaughter fell coming down the steps with only a couple of bruises - we were lucky and so were you as the liability of this entryway could be very costly. The entry to the small cottage was full of leaves as was the deck in the rear which was gross with the old spa. The yard was also in need of attention. Hard to not have a working bathroom . Not acceptable!! Expect substantial compensation.Could never get communication with host before trip. No outside lighting to get to hot tub. Spent way to much time on phone trying to get answers and results from our issues. Odors in both houses.Really don’t think VRBO should work with this second party and host, not good for your reputation. ##### John B.
