Auberges à Harpenden

« Chambre au dessus du restaurant de cet établissement charmant, typique et chaleureux. Le bâtiment est historique, ne cherchez pas une isolation phonique efficace, mais le lieu vaut le détour. La décoration de notre chambre semblait décalée -du mobilier tout en miroir?!- mais la salle de bain est jolie, actuelle et fonctionnelle . Le personnel est très jeune mais efficace , prévenant et attentif. Je recommande chaudement. »

« Very pleased with hotel. We checked in 1 hr early with no fuss. Good location for train into central london. Parked car opposite no issues. »

« Clean room but in need of refurbishing. Very hot during our visit so appreciated the fan but would have been more comfortable if the windows had opened fully. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water but shower control face missing. Staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold offerings. »

« Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised) »

« Hôtel simple, petit bar sympa, quartier avec des restaurants sympas. Parking gratuit. Rapport qualité/prix OK. »

« Really convenient for what I needed courtyard style room straight onto the car park. Dog friendly with some great walks around the area. Super easy check-in key was in the door. Appreciated the fruit teas and coffees in the morning. We’ll stay again if I need to be in that area. »

« Surprise absence de petit déjeuner alors réglé avec la réservation, chambre sans fenêtre très étroite, sans confort ni tv,avec insistance on a pu bénéficier d'une chambre adéquate toutefois sans poubelle,ni chevet ou tabouret. Vacarme le soir des consommateurs du bar et dans la cour car passage obligé. Réclamation auprès du service client sans suite pour le moment »
