Unfortunately there’s no complimentary coffee in the restaurant adjacent to the lobby as one of the guys at the front desk told me there would be in the morning, but there are free refills if you buy drip from the restaurant. I would stay here again to explore Georgetown.

I stayed at Kellogg Conference Hotel for a week and had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was great. I also appreciated the shuttle to Union Station, which made getting around much easier. The location is interesting and unique, especially being close to Gallaudet University and the Deaf community area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it.

This hotel was one of my favorites when it was still the mandarin oriental. It just doesn’t have that same class and grace anymore. The staff are not well trained and everything takes an excessively long time. The food in the lounge was terrible. The cocktails were the same as a pub and lacked craft. Turn down service was completely skipped for me, so I had to call to get additional water and coffee pods. The tv’s do not have chromecast or app capabilities, leaving you with basic cable options. This hotel felt more like a 3/4 star rather than a 5 star. Not a horrible stay, but there are certainly much better options.
