Harlech Vacation Packages

Nice hotel, staff were pleasant on check in. Room easy to find. I like the darker look of the room, it’s easier for me to sleep. However unfortunately we didn’t sleep very well as the room was just so hot. There was a desk fan thankfully, it’s just unfortunate that the weather was warm & so we were only pushing around hot air. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Decent sized room. Slight noise from other hotel room doors banging shut, but not much can be done about that. The location of the hotel as spot on, so good for a night out. We like concert square area so for us, location was key when booking. We’d definitely return, we got a good deal on the price & as I say, location was perfect. We got cheap over night parking just a few minutes walk away, the restaurant we wanted to dine at was no more than 10minutes walk away. There is a restaurant serving breakfasts at the hotel, we didn’t have this although it did look nice in there.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room is small and outdated; the carpet and bedding are not clean. Breakfast is way below expectation for the price it charges me (~£40 per day).

We stayed here one night after a concert - it was clean and a very cozy home type vibe which was perfect. Exactly what we needed and only 15mins from lime street :) and from the small interactions with staff seemed lovely and welcoming

There’s a few complaints about the hotel room that we were not happy with: *smell of the room as soon as we walked in *bathroom smelt like sewage, so much so it made one of us gag to the pint of being sick *dead flies on window sill *dodgy tap in bathroom *crumbs in bed that made us itchy *kettle lead small so had to make hot drink on floor *noisy fridge *sockets loose and overheated phone charger *mould in the shower *water sounds from toilet
