Newer floors and bathroom were very nice. We ate out on the balcony every morning with a great unobstructed view of the ocean. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella that were provided helped save us some money. The 2nd floor was the perfect location - stairs were easy to climb (elevator is available) and the balcony has a top that provides shade (unlike the 3rd floor).
