My family of 4 was able to spread out in the spacious living room, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the extra drip coffee maker that was provided! The location in Palmetto Dunes was also fantastic. My toddler was very capable of the 10 minute walk to the beach, and we appreciated being near the pickleball courts, general store, and bike rental place. The condo was incredibly clean, and had everything we needed and more (extra blankets, well-stocked kitchen, board games, bicycles, etc.) The walk to the beach from the condo was not bad at all (about a half mile), but there is a parking lot right at the beach entrance that you can drive to and eliminate the walk altogether! We ended up doing this most mornings and it was as simple as can be. We did have one major hiccup on our trip- our 12 year old son broke his leg while skimboarding on the beach. We still had several days of vacation left, and he really wanted to stay, so we did... and we were pleasantly surprised to find that we could rent a beach wheelchair at the Outfitters so that he could still enjoy being outside and looking at the ocean! So we were pleased not only with the condo, but with the whole Palmetto Dunes resort area and what was offered there. It was certainly a vacation we will never forget! ##### Kandis O. And I appreciated that it was not overly decorated with a million knick-knacks. It's a lovely calming environment. We watched football with the sliding glass door open and the screen pulled close. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 10 years and this unit is top 3 stays. And bonus, very close to the General Store for walks to get coffee or late night ice cream. Bikes were available but we didn’t get a chance to ride them this time unfortunately. Unit was very roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed it a lot.
