Beautiful Location, but the Property Needs Major Improvement
The hotel has an amazing mountain location with beautiful surroundings, and the old building has a certain charm. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which was definitely a positive part of our stay.
Unfortunately, the condition of the room and facilities was disappointing. One of the beds was broken, and the washroom had a terrible and persistent smell. The odor was so strong that we could hardly sleep at night. The building itself is quite old and appears to be poorly maintained, which affected the overall comfort of our stay.
Overall, the location, breakfast, and friendly staff were excellent, but the maintenance and cleanliness issues—especially the broken bed and unpleasant washroom smell—need serious attention. With proper renovation and better maintenance, this could be a wonderful place to stay.

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!
