« Small error during the check-in process : on the number of nights of my stay and the fact that the room was already paid so they had to double-check twice. The room was quite spacious but may need a refresh. The food at the cafe (after 10pm) was very disappointing. The one at the chinese restaurant though was very good. « Good service, easy check-in, staff welcoming and happy to speak English. Room was big and clean with a great view, with everything, even USB charging cord. Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though. »
