"Stayed at this place in August and the room was extremely hot. I was not able to sleep well at night due to the heat and it was uncomfortable. I asked the owner if there was something they could do. I never received a response from the owner, so I had to find another room for the last two nights. "

"Fun cute theme in the room. Surprised by the fun sand and shells on the floor at the door. Bed was very squeaky. I did not dare move all night because of how loud the bed was. There is not privacy with the toilet, but some couples might be use to that. The place was very clean. "

"Had a wonderful family vacation in Sundance. There were mountain views all around and the sound of the stream made it a peaceful setting. Very close to restaurants and hiking trails. We enjoyed sitting out on the spacious deck area and lounging in the hot tub after a fun hike to Stewart’s Falls. "

"We had a perfect anniversary weekend staying at the carriage house! We loved the added touches, such as light music playing as we walked in. It really showed the owner cares about their guests’ experiences. Having two choices of fire pits on two included decks was so nice. We used those each night and morning. It was so nice having plenty of coffee pods for the Keurig to enjoy by the fire each morning. The bed is on the very soft side, just to give other guests a heads up, depending on your preferences. We loved the sound of the creek each night, as well as being able to sit on the little bench over the creek. The hot tub still felt private, even though it is up at the main house. We loved also having some games and playing cards to choose from. Seeing a sauna in the middle stages of construction made us wonder if that would be available for a future winter stay. We definitely didn’t want to leave!"

"We have been to Sundance several times over many years, and this was our favorite rental. It was immaculately clean, beautifully and whimsically decorated, thoughtfully stocked and perfectly quiet and well situated. There is a lovely crystal clear hot tub directly adjacent to a rushing stream, a three burner propane Weber grill (grates absolutely clean), and a super comfortable bed. Ideal for a couple -- two small extra beds available but only suitable for children. Note that this property is not rented through Sundance, so amenities like the fitness room and pool are not included. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sundance at this very comfortable house. It has great spaces where our family could gather and we did a lot of cooking on the grill and the well-equipped kitchen. We balanced relaxing at the house with all the close by activities available, hiking, zip lining and mountain top yoga! The setting is so beautiful. If you are looking for a fun and peaceful vacation this is it."

"This house was seriously amazing — even better than the photos. The view alone was worth it, but the whole place just had such a warm, peaceful vibe. The natural light pours in and makes everything feel bright and cozy. The kitchen was super open and easy to cook in, with modern appliances and everything we needed. We spent tons of time around the dining table and relaxing on the couches. The piano was a sweet little surprise. Loved sitting in the swinging chairs on the front patio and taking in the mountain air and quiet. Both decks were awesome, and the hot tub at night under the stars was next level. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to Sundance Resort — we rode the lift up the mountain, grabbed nachos at Bearclaw Cabin, and had a really nice dinner at the Foundry Grill. Such a fun mix of casual and fancy. Pamela was a great host — super responsive and helpful with local tips. We had the best time and would come back in a heartbeat. This place is a total gem."

"The kitchen and house was well stocked. There is no air conditioning, which I didn't realize till we got there. It cooled off at night and was comfortable most of the time, except on the nights that it didn't cool off much. The house itself was great for our group, and we loved the outside fireplace and the deck. The views were incredible from everywhere in the house. I wouldn't recommend for young children/toddlers for safety reasons, but it was great for older kids."
