« Our stay at The Colony, was great! The front desk clerk was very kind and knowledgeable. Check in was smooth with no problems. The unit was clean, the kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and cookware. A nicely sized ocean view balcony, steps away from the beach. « De façon générale les installations (piscine et pourtour)sont propres, bien tenues et l’environnement tranquille. Toutefois, l’appartement aurait besoin d’une bonne rénovation. Également, une bonne partie des meubles comme le matelas, table, réfrigérateur et four devrons êtres changés. Nous avons eu une très bonne coopération des hôtes lors de demandes spécifiques (évier et serviettes). Nous avons adoré notre séjour pour y retourner. »

« One of, if not the best, vacation rentals we've stayed at. Instructions and getting in were easy. Everything was super clean and I'm picky about that. There were items available such as tea bags, soap, coffee that are nice to have as sometimes we don't get to the grocery store right away. We always bring our own coffee as we don't know how long it's been sitting there but it's nice to have if we're desperate. The hosts stay in a small studio below so we got to meet them. « Lovely condo in the heart of Virginia beach. We could walk everywhere. The condo had everything we needed and my sons in their 20’s said the beds were the most comfortable beds they had ever slept in. »
