"Amazing hotel. Every member of staff I came into contact with provided exceptional service. The room was spacious, nice bathtub, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The head concierge was exceptional and scored a same day reservation for a Michelan restaurant as well. Will be back next time I am in Brussels."

"Hotel is in a great location, very central so perfect for sightseeing. Breakfast was disappointing, menu stated basket of bread and choice of pastries - none. Wouldn’t have order the Charcuterie plate to have without bread. Coffee machine was. broken and waitress did eventually get us a drink from behind counter but had to push for this as she was busy trying to deal with lots of customers. Plates not cleared from first course, they forgot to cook our order and then arrived and no knives or forks. Didn’t bother on day 2\. "

"Located right in city center. Tons of stores, restaurants and bars in walking distance. The hotel has a restaurant/bar and is open till midnight. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and would recommend it. "

"Paid extra to have club access…just not worth it. Breakfast consisted of some so danish, croissants, fruit salad and yogurt. Nothing added to midday …even saw the fruit salad still there. We had a suite…fridge empty, not even a bottle of water. Bedroom very sparse .. broken window shade and electrical outlet under window didn’t work….found out the next day when I was sightseeing and my battery was dead."

"Location of this hotels was perfect. A bit far from city center but we had a late train so having a hotel attached to the train station was perfect! Only complaint is that the air conditioning isn’t great and our room was very hot, which made it difficult for all of us to sleep. "
