Fabulous stay started with Pablo greeting us at the counter. We flew in much earlier than expected and he helped us with an earlier check-in. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Shower had perfect water pressure and waterfall shower head. Location is a perfect 8-10 minute walk to Grand-Place. Highly recommend staying here, we are so happy with our experience!!

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the comfortable bed and air conditioning. For us it was walking distance to anything we wanted to see including Grand Place. It was also close to the train station so that was a bonus. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Pablo, the receptionist, was super kind in helping me navigate the city of Brussels. When it was time for me to leave, he left his post and helped me carry my heavy luggage down the stairs of the metro entrance. I had the room with a balcony which I enjoyed immensely.

I stayed at the hotel during a business trip to Brussels and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The staff at the reception gave me a warm and professional welcome, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and fresh options. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is its excellent location, right in the city center, with both the metro and Brussels Central Station just a short walk away.
