Self contained one bedroom basement unit with parking, across from QE2 hospital. This unit has a mini kitchen fully equipt, private bathroom, comfy living area, and private entrance. A Modern House in Halifax south end neighborhood. You will be in prime location for shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and the waterfront, which are all in walking distance. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. This basement apartment is a cozy quiet retreat that is spotlessly clean.
