"This flat has everything you need. We really loved our first time to Amsterdam. Like people said earlier the steps are a good workout! The flat is decorated very cute and the beds are very comfortable. So is the sofa!! It is easily accessible to the trams into the city and walking distance to cafés and grocery stores. It feels a little far from the city, but that also makes it really quiet and there is a lot of parking!! Valcim was really attentive to our needs too. Thank you so much!"

"We loved our stay here. The guesthouse was very clean and shows exactly as the pictures online. Fred and Kelli are great hosts—lots of communication but also don’t bother you. 8 min from the train, number of restaurants within 5-10 walk (try Kathmandu) as well as two grocery stores. We enjoyed our week, travelling into Amsterdam (20 min by train) as well as other nearby towns. Very convenient. We will definitely stay here again on our future trips to Amsterdam"

Very friendly owner, great management team, was easy to pick up keys from office a few doors down. Only negative was the stairs up to appartment were very steep. Some pillow cases were missing but they were promptly provided upon request; good communication with the Administrator."
