The hotel was lovely, as were the staff. My concern is the parking, it’s not free even for guests. It is also very confusing, having arrived late and being unaware of the parking charges I am waiting to hear from the parking vendor about the late parking charges. It is only for the confusing and expensive parking charges that we won’t be staying here again.

I was disappointed with breakfast- it lacked variety.

This is the first time I stay in this hotel with my family. The carpark just next to the hotel but no more hotel guest price. We have to park there by paying two days price as we arrived at 4pm and planned to leave at next day 10am. The room and the hotel is clean and in modern design. Swimming pool is a big crowned and lack of space for us to put our belongings at the poolside. Breakfast is perfect and food refill in minutes. The only thing which cannot gain a five star is room network and wifi is zero signal. We can just access in lobby ( I don’t know how’s other room). Other than that, all is perfect.

Attention to every detail. Cleverly and beautifully thought through. Helpful pleasant staff - nothing too much trouble. I loved it!

Disappointed there was no full service spa as in the hotels description. This is the reason why we booked this hotel. Hotel staff were nice. Gym was ok although the treadmill base I used had a layer of engrained sticky dust / gunk on it, as well as over the floor corners and window sills. Pool was ok.
