"We had a good stay at Deco Hotel. The overall experience was pleasant; clean rooms, comfortable atmosphere, and a nice vibe throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful, and if we needed anything, it taken care of efficiently. While we didn’t run into anything extraordinary, it was a solid and enjoyable stay. We'd be happy to return and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable and well-kept hotel."

"Very disappointing. Neither air conditioner worked so the apartment was so cold that we had to sleep in our clothes to stay warm enough in Canberra’s freezing temperatures. There were numerous other maintenance issues that were not addressed during our stay, eg. holes in walls, plugs that didn’t hold water in the sinks, furniture stored in wardrobe, small insects throughout the apartment.
