Welcome to your 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Harrison — a 15 min ride from Canberra\`s CBD. Convenience is on your doorstep, literally — it\`s a light rail station. You can access all the apartment\`s amenities throughout your stay. On-site BBQ facilities allow you to enjoy an afternoon entertaining your friends. This sensational East facing apartment is situated on the second floor and boasts a light filled living space. You will have access to lifts. BEDROOMS: One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a double - with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. The master bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: Please make use of the fully-equipped kitchen. It includes: Appliance tab \- Nespresso - pods not supplied \- toaster \- fridge/freezer \- stove top \- microwave \- oven \- crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a Sony smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. The TV also has access to local channels. Note that we don\`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY: A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. COMMON AREA: Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival.+ Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Conveniently positioned just moments away from the well-stocked Woolworths just across the road, vast array of amenities at the Gungahlin Town Centre, the light rail stop on Nullarbor Avenue and with easy access to the City, this immaculate home will tick a lot of boxes and is definitely a must to inspect 50 metres from Harrison Primary/College. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am. 2\. I have a STRICT \`No Pets Policy\` except for service or emotional support animals and \`No Smoking Policy\`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning. 3\. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50). 4\. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel. 5\. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you\`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear. 6\. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule. 7\. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don\`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals. 8\.
