The hotel's central location was a highlight, and the staff were friendly. However, the buffet breakfast was disappointing – very basic with limited options. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was problematic: no hot water despite multiple requests, and the basin was quite wobbly.

I have been staying in this hotel for 10 plus years and i have seen it get bad to worse over time, the carpets are filthy, looks like it has never been shampooed, cleaned, they are sticky. doesnt give a feeling of CLEAN in the rooms.
