Hot tub and sauna under maintenance while we were there but otherwise beautiful spot to stay.

This is a lovely hotel, a cool, calm oasis from the heat and noise of the piazza. The room felt serene with the high ceiling and soft colour scheme. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location right beside the Duomo, I highly recommend staying here.

We had a balcony room which overlooked the street and the Sea. We loved the fact that we could just walk across the street and rent a beach chair and umbrella. Great location!

Good value for the money, clean and all appliances in working condition. If situated on the main rail station plaza (a bit noisy because of that), the hotel is also placed at the begining of the city's main "corso" were all the main stores and banks are, and more import were the "pasegiatta" takes place! do not miss it, in summer time starts at 17-17.30.

Can not say how great the location is, just perfect. We booked the deluxe room facing the Duomo and it was a fairy tale. Air conditioning was a little skeptical, did not seem to work, thats ok. Opened the french doors and amazing fresh air. Dont hesitate to book.

I had tempered my expectations for a hot that was THIS close to one of the entrances to one of the archaeological site, but it was really lovely! You step off the street and into a beautiful courtyard of varied citrus trees, and then into a tasteful, modern lobby and room. I couldn't be more happy that we chose this hotel! I want to make special mention of the Ukrainian employee (I'm sorry I didn't get his name!) who was so friendly and kind and with whom I spoke at length about the many citrus...

Great hotel, modern, clean, nice staff, nice breakfast, has all the modern features one needs in today's world. The only issue is it seems a bit far from the city center, should have shuttle available so guests have easier access to all central activities.

This property is a lovely smaller hotel that sits in a nice small town outside Serento. It was a nice 5 min walk to the main square and a further 5 min walk to the train station. Everything is very quaint without the hustle of the crowds The pool area was very picturesque with a nice view of the shore. Thus was my favourite place to visit because it gave us a rest fro the crowds

Awesome place to stay. Breakfast was great! Rosella was awesome very helpful and kind! Location was excellent close to everything. We used as a home base and travelled to positano and amalfi by public bus. Perfect! Close to all restaurants and touristy areas. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean. Nearby train station to go to Naples. Otherwise a nice resort, excellent breakfast and restaurant.

The place is great! Centrally located, host Alfredo is excellent (just like the other reviews stated). Metro, train, a and airport "ali" bus are right there. It is located in a very busy and famous square so there are many people everywhere, as well as traffic, noise and litter. However the rooms are on the 5th floor so they aren't really affected by it. We just got back from spending Christmas and New Years in Sorrento Italy at the Plaza Hotel in Sorrento. This Euro-modern hotel is just steps from Piazza Tasso and the history centre of Sorrento. The hotel was clean, fresh, bright and modern. Our room was large and very comfortable, with a view of Piazza Tasso and Vesuvius in the distance across the Bay of Sorrento. Beautiful spot right on the ocean with great views. The room itself was perfect and cozy with a balcony overlooking the water. It was a little more of a secluded area which kept it quiet, to get to town a bus was right at the bottom of the hill. There was a couple restaurants close by at the bottom of the hill as well if you didn’t want to go to town.

We stayed 4 nights here and enjoyed every second. Booked garden view annex but got a room on the 5th floor that was HUGE! The service was 5 star, and the breakfast was great. Pool and bar amazing, go early to get a chair if you do not reserve (which I would recommend). Dinner at the hotel was amazing as well and their house wine delicious.
