"L’hôtel est vraiment très bien, le service également.
Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-jardin (-1) près des pièces où les employés rangent leurs effets personnels et où tout le matériel pour les chambres est stockés.
Il y a donc beaucoup de ça et
Vient du personnel et beaucoup de
Bruit jusqu’à leur fin de chiffre (23h) et à leur arrivée le matin (des 7h). "
"Check in was a breeze and the staff was welcoming and professional. The rooms were spacious and clean. Did not appreciate being charged for the pool cap though. The food was plentiful and delicious. "
"Very nice unexpected surprised. For the price of the night, this was excellent. Clean, everything in the room in top shape, very professional staff, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. "
"We were using public transportation, so it's easy to get from the train station to the hotel using the metro. Then, you can walk to a nice little mall, a great trattoria and pizzeria, and the salernitana stadium."
"An amazing venue - would have been helpful if it was a bit more obvious which services are available, and how I could access them (specifically the spa and pool). But once found, they were brilliant!"
"This is not 4 star hotel as advertised. We book triple room expectimg 3 normal beds but god one double bed and one uncomfortable small bed. Noice from heating was so extensive we were forced to switch it off. Also trafic from nearby road was very loud, room not sound proof."
"Arrived at the hotel only to find the hotel had been closed since February, despite taking payment from me and sending email correspondence directly from the hotel. Hotels.com we’re utterly useless is helping resolve this so I had to book another hotel at my own expense. Avoid this hotel."

5/5 Excellent
"This hotel is walkable from the main station and also has parking. The staff were excellent and accommodating. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the ocean. The property has a wide range of breakfast options and is walkable from the city center.
There was a school trip staying in the hotel during the same time, and they were very loud throughout the evening, night, and morning - including slamming doors and screaming in the hallways and breakfast room. The hotel is large and I would’ve preferred to have been given a room in a different area of the hotel, which may be outside of staff control. "
