"Pool closing at 8 is kinda a disappointment, the one pool girl was very helpful though, she had black hair, glasses, and hand tattoos, didn't catch her name wish I did to thank her. The Hotel Check in staff was also very helpful and awesome, as well as the cleaning ladies. The in room refrigerator didn't work very well though, and the TVs are outdated. Also very inconvenient that to access the parking garage from the rooms you have to take two different elevators."

"The staff was so accommodating! They had a full night before I arrived, but rushed a room ready to accommodate my family to avoid waiting too long. The valet attendant was also very helpful, even though I used Lyft during my stay. This place is definitely a MUST stay! 10/10 customer service and hospitality!"

From the time I arrived, she was very welcoming, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s always good to come across someone who genuinely cares about the guests and makes you feel welcomed. Kiki definitely made my experience at the hotel that much better. I truly appreciate her kindness and hospitality and look forward to staying again."

"Room had everything I needed. The kitchennete had a microwave/oven. I bought some canned goods and forgot a can opener, but when I looked in the cabinet drawer I found one. Dinner was saved. Had pots and pans and plates and some eating utensils. The description didn't say but there was also the much needed iron and board."

"When arrived I was thinking I was going to be disappointed. When I reached my room it wasn't 5 star and it was somewhat older but I was actually impressed. It doesn't have a elevator so that could be rough taking things up and down but I was blessed with a room on the ground floor which really isn't the ground floor. I stayed in 301. I did see other rooms that nobody was occupy through the window it looked pleasing but I can really only vouch for 301. The baseboards in the bathroom could have been a little cleaner but I'm thinking it was the busy part of the year. So maybe that's the reason. They were painting when I left around the complex. I will be back"

"I have stayed here about 8 times now since 2014. It’s a beautiful hotel, with a beautiful lobby and pool area.. that said, it is a shame it feels like it’s been let to fade.. I paid for an extra upgrade upon arrival. That room had a broken closet, a barely working AC, a bathroom door that didn’t close and had a hole in the bottom, and had several spots where the wall was fixed but it looked like no one sanded down the spackle and just painted over it. There was also sticky blue stuff on the wall. I called and had they moved my room changed in day 2. I had tried to do this on day one at night, but when I called the front desk numerous times, no one picked up. I’m n the way out the door on day 2, I stopped by to tell the front desk, they said we need to move your room now. I said, we’re on the way out to reservations, and they asked we go back now and pack the stuff up and move. We ended up doing that. The second room we got was perfect tho, no issues, clean, beautiful, in working order. I was offered no discount, apology, or anything, even after paying foran upgraded roon upfront, notnundetstsndinf that. The pool area is still the highlight, it’s beautiful and relaxing.. it just needs some cleaning and upgrades, it’ll be great. poolside service for drinks and food is phenomenal. Here’s my issue. The bar used to be outstanding and creative with fresh cocktails, now it’s gone lower end drinks with mixes. The atmosphere has gone from authentic to a more commercial."
