Our room was extremely noisy . We realized it was possibly the elevator we were hearing but it was CONSTANT and made it hard to sleep

we had to switch rooms multiple times. room next to elevator was way too loud. Another room had stains all over sheets and was not clean

When you walk in you're not sure what to expect as you check in at the bar. The 3 rooms we had were all a little different but really cute! Our room had some minor issues with the roof leaking in the bathroom. The rooms were clean and cozy. Didn't provide any additional amenities. The parking is valet which cost $42 a night, parking on the street if you can find it, or the parking garage near the hotel was $70 a night (Mardi Gras) The hotel's location is great. It seemed as if it was 2 blocks from every where. Most of the staff that was there were pretty friendly. Final thought... A little pricey but fun!

Staff terrible - never at desk, never got cars from parking, “forgot” to call for them or used “shift change” excuse about why never brought cars while we waited downstairs to go out..only Randall was nice - rest literally disappeared and no one was at the front desk for up to 45 minutes at a time in afternoons or evenings!!!

Very nice staffing. Room overpriced and very small. No microwave in room or mini fridge. Very loud outside and you hear everything, no trash can.
