Customer service desk - not friendly. Check in time was horribly long. Room was clean and convenient Walkable during the day Area around the hotel - careful if you are driving a car - we were warned they get broken into a lot.

The people were very friendly and the free drink and games was a nice unique touch for a hotel. The hotel room smelled really nice, but it was a bit strong. The air conditioning was nice and cold, the bed very comfortable, and it was pretty quiet. Wasn't a fan of having to take down the little table and set it up, that the chair wasn't really comfy, or that there wasn't a garbage can in the bathroom. It was very convenient to be able to park very close by in a covered parking garage, though.

The staff is amazing and very nice plus these are problems a manager needs to fix not the front desk. That being said, the rest sucked. The ice machine has a ton of dirt and mold on the 9th floor, rooms dingy with hair in the bathroom and shower still. Roaches everywhere right outside the building, NOT INSIDE , at least not in my room on the 10th floor. It stayed at 70 in that room no matter how low I put the AC. The staff was awesome though and the coffee was good. It was just dingy, hot and dirty

The air unit would cut off and it was too hot and random to be walking in a warm room after being on bourbon and canal. Or waking up out our sleep because it got toasty. We would go into the hazardous compartment and hit the switch to turn off then back on to get the air to run. I really hated that. Room was too small for my liking. Would I book again probably not.

I had to relocate to another room as my ac wasn’t cooling. Only one elevator was work at checking which cause a longer wait time. The second room I was moved to had blood on the sheets, hair on the bed and hair in the tub drain. The face bowl was clogged, which engineer and to come to the room. I paid for my room at checking in full but was somehow charged an additional $22.49, which I’m guessing was for the room move as it was noted it was an upgrade 😡😡😡

Staff was amazing. The bar was great and the drinks were good. The room was clean and the ac was good. The doors locked after 11 pm adding extra safety. They were very helpful with what was in the area, and it was all accessible via walking or street car. 10/10 for this property.

Good value. The room has the essentials one needs to enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep. Some extras can be found at the lobby or bar. Overall, the hotel can use some love; the elevators and hallways would benefit from a good cleaning and update.
