"The hotel was fine the staff wasn’t very helpful when there was a mixup with a booking, telling me I should have called them and booked with them, at the time the snide response was definitely not needed and was pretty unprofessional and rude. I realize I should have done that while dealing (and continue to deal with having money not refunded), I didn’t need the comment while dealing with missing money.
