"This is a lovely hotel in the heart of downtown. We loved our rooms, and most of the staff. The Valets and bellmen were wonderful! We were in town for a wedding (Off site) and they were so helpful with getting our car and all our luggage back and forth! However, they bartender at the bar and the waitress in the restaurant seemed as though they were not from the hospitality field. Terrible service and attitudes. The restaurant was overly expensive for breakfast and I expected phenomenal service which we did NOT receive. LOVED the location and character of this hotel."

"The hotel had only been open for 3 months when we arrived. There wasn't anything that was a flaw - staff, room, breakfast, bar it was really a pleasure to stay there. Don't know if all Hyatt properties are like this but this will our first choice for a Hotel in the future"

"The price was good, for a nice view of the Beach. I enjoyed myself with the jacuzzi and swimming pool, and the beach. The shower was small and that was about it. Like how the room was set up for a double bedding."

"Everything was lovely the rooms were clean and fresh smelling linen and the bathroom was clean and very modern the pool area was very clean and relaxing the front desk staff Nikia was so friendly & helpful. The server Steven in the restaurant called 32 Steakhouse provided excellent service. The only thing that was an issue is that there were no microwaves in the rooms & if you wanted 1 you had to pay $33.00 for use of 1 in your room to me that was a bummer but outside of that everything was lovely."
