« The place was just as described. Very nice, convenient to everything, as well as clean & very quiet. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The bay was just across the street which was great for walks. My family lives in Gulf Breeze, and I plan on renting this place again when I visit. « Such a cozy house. My family really enjoyed our stay!! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood located right by the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Not far from a dollar store, Walmart, multiple restaurants and the beach. The back yard was perfect for the kidos the play outside and for the adults to relax. The rooms were prefect. Kitchen was equipped with all the gadgets and gizmos we needed. Thank you so much for the much needed get away in such a welcoming home. »

« While the house itself is nice enough, in a safe and convenient area the home lacked in several areas. 1)Missing light bulbs) 2)Maggots from garbage left from LAST renters 3)No cream or sugar for coffee 4)Lights outside not hung up properly 5)Toilet Running constantly 6)Barely any pots to cook with 7) No top sheets 8) No wash cloths 9) Smells like a dog and smoke. These are some of the issues we encountered. NOT A SUPER HOST! »

Wish there were enough toilet paper, but that’s not a big deal because overall, It was a great stay we’re planning on staying there again, if it’s available.
