"The Hotel overall very nice, at the time I visited (May) they were doing alot of construction upkeep. Two of the three dinning options were closed. There were still others available. Breakfast was great, make sure you can speak Spanish well."

"The location is famous; is safe, and clean, however my appointment was not ready nor clean, the air conditional was not working(for a couple of hours), the hottub was does not gets hot and after it was clean per my request, it was still durty. The apartment is big, spaces, modern, but its need some work. The worse part is that when we arrived my husdman and 3 children the reservation was not existen, beacuse the property doesn’t regularly check reservations made buy Hotel.com, we were lucky that...

"Very slow check-in due to incompetent staff (and the lack of a proper front desk). Spacious and quiet room, but just OK for the price. No black-out curtains. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Lift does not work. Remote area far from everything. No beach on premises. Bare amenities (just 2 small bars of soap). No hot water."
