THE PROPERTY  
With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and enough room to accommodate 6 guests throughout 1,300 square feet of beautifully decorated living space, this exceptional condo unit is perfect for a family vacation, romantic getaway or friends out for a rejuvenating Dominican retreat. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room and breakfast bar, along with a well-appointed modern kitchen that comes fully equipped with granite counter tops, dishwasher and all essential cooking appliances. A washer and dryer are also provided for your laundry needs.  
  
Look forward to unwinding on the unit's spacious outdoor balcony, boasting panoramic ocean views, dining room table with 4 chairs and outdoor sofa/chair. Gather with your companions in the living room to lounge on the L-shaped sofa and pop on the entertainment center with a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. We offer Wi-Fi in the condo for you to be able to stay connected to work or home if necessary.  
  
At the end of an eventful day spent in the sand and surf, you'll be happy to retire to any of the home's inviting sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower and wall to wall closet while the second bedroom has 2 comfortable full-sized beds all of which will ensure a restful night's sleep throughout your stay.

Juan Dolio’s 5 miles of white sand with its natural coral reef and soft ocean currents have contributed to Juan Dolio being declared as one of the areas with the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in the country.  
  
This condo is conveniently located only 40 kilometers away from Las Americas International Airport (about 30 minute drive) and 45 minutes away from the capital, Santo Domingo where you can enjoy historic tours of the city and an exciting nightlife. The city of La Romana is also 45 minutes away.  
  
You simply can't beat this condo's spectacular oceanfront location which offers a variety of great amenities such as gated complex with 24/7 security, private parking, 24/7 front desk reception, free Wi-Fi on the grounds and inside the apartment, two sparkling Olympic size infinity edge swimming pools, jacuzzi’s, fitness center, sauna, spa services (additional charge), kids playground, restaurant (room service available) and pool bar. Everyone in your group will love relaxing by the pool or on the balcony while enjoying the amazing view of the complex! You'll find terrific local restaurants, bars, pharmacy, bakery, grocery store, supermarket and medical clinic all within walking distance of the condominium. For those who are avid golfers the condominium complex is in close proximity to some of the island's finest golf courses. Fantastic communication with host. Property was exactly as advertised. Clean. Check in process is slow, but not at the host's control. I assumed there was parking as I had stayed in the same complex before, but was hassled by the door guy as he told me there was no parking assigned to the unit and obviously was making it as if he was doing me a favor (expecting money-usual DR stuff).

#### Beautiful Property

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a beautiful apartment with everything one needs. The view of the pool and beach is magnificent. There's a grocery store snd several restaurants right across the street. There's also a bar and restaurant right by the pool. I only wish I could have stayed longer! I was able to communicate with the owner if I had a question and she always got right back to me.

We've stayed at the Marbella complex many times, and this was our second stay at the Russo's. The condo is a little shopworn, but it was clean and well supplied, everything worked, and the view of the sunset from the balcony can't be beat. The hosts are very responsive and thoughtful, and even went out of their way to help us set up a firestick we brought to stream movies with. They also brought a brand new coffee maker when they realized that the base of the old one was rusted even though we didn’t mention it. wonderfully

#### Dreaming of that view!

We just arrived home from our trip and I’m dreaming about the spectacular view from the condo and Marbella overall! Absolutely stunning! Pristine pools that were cleaned every day, leading out to soft sand beaches with the perfect amount of palm trees for ambiance and shade, and small waves breaking through the Caribbean blue waters! The condo was as advertised. We did have a little confusion checking in; thankfully one of the employees at the desk knew enough English to read/understand the instructions we received. We often had the beach area to ourselves, enjoyed morning and evening walks, snorkeling, sunrises and sunsets. Juan Dolio offers many great restaurants within east walking distance (Paladart and Sal Marina were our favorites). Vivian and Richard were great. They helped arrange transportation and Richard checked in and handled an issue with the water dispenser quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

#### As Advertised and Reviewed - Superb

This vacation was very important for my family, given my wife's medical condition. This rental had to be close to perfect and it was - perfect. The owners were very supportive throughout the booking and during our stay. My family has frequented many Caribbean island vacation spots and rate this Juan Dolio beach accommodation absolutely first-class. Please consider that this retreat is more relaxing, quiet, picturesque, rather than a centre of intense clubbing and activity. We enjoyed the casual setting and food at Cafe Bistro rather than the higher-end El Meson restaurant (both within walking distance). The nearby Mini-mart stores were adequate for basic needs (food and alcohol). My only suggestion for Merabella Condominia complex is to use more discretion for pool rules (e.g pools close at 8:00 p.m.) and music. Also the restaurant by the pool is poorly managed (expensive, no atmosohere, restrictive, irrelevant). All in all, my family highly recommends this good value property rental. You will enjoy this little piece of paradise!

#### Property Manager and Locals detract from enjoyment

If you are going to stay at Marbella, then you should consider this unit. The unit owner, Vivian, and her father Richard who was our main contact are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The unit itself is nicely appointed and the building is at the end of the complex away from the noise you can sometimes get from the bars across the street. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. There just isn't any better. The property is very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, management has not invested in new palm trees or palapas and there isn't enough shade. There is also a shortage of lounge chairs and cabanas on the weekends when the locals who own condos here show up. Because an owner complained, the Property Manager instituted a rule that unoccupied lounge chairs and cabanas would be freed up for others. We went for a long beach walk, which was one of the reasons we liked this place, and returned to find someone in our chairs and our belongings gone. Another guest told us to check the security office and told us where to find it. The office was locked and unoccupied so we had to go find a security guard and ask him to find someone to open it so we could get our things. What complete rubbish. Its not like we come down and toss towels on a bunch of loungers and then not use them for hours. We sat in the same area every day for weeks. We would go for an hour long walk and then be in the chairs pretty much all day. Ruined the stay for us. Not returning.

#### Relaxing vacation

My husband and I stayed 5 nights for our anniversary. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the patio provides a great place to listen to the ocean while unwinding. The amenities of the property are fantastic. The other thing we loved is the area was not super busy like some other areas of the DR. We really enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The property itself fully met our needs and we liked the layout. We would rebook if we return to the DR.

#### Home away from home

What a wonderful vacation! The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all well appointed. (coffee maker, pots pans utensils, etc. Everything that we needed to move in for a week....or 2...or more! Nice TV, WiFi, living area, and the VIEW IS AMAZING. The pool, beach, and local restaurants are very nice. Definitely didn't want to leave. Vivian was very nice and made sure that we had everything to be happy with our stay. Thank you!

#### Great condo

Condo was exactly what was pictured and advertised. Property was in a secure location with several restaurants in the nearby vicinity. Wonderful communication between us and the host in the days leading up to arrival as well as while we were there. We had one electrical issue that we shared with the host. They worked around our vacation schedule and the issue was fixed as soon as possible. The pools were cleaned daily and the beach was free of debris. We never had an issue finding a lounge chair or cabana to use. There is a restaurant on site by the pool that had good food. We will definitely look into this condo again if we are in the Juan Dolio area!

Property was great! Amazing beach & surrounding area. The pools are HUGE. Plenty or restaurants , bars & stores within walking distance. Host (Vivian) went above and beyond especially with communication!!!

Beautiful view ! Our favorite place was sitting on the veranda overlooking the beautiful grounds and beach with palm trees!! The unit itself is a bit dated and could use a facelift. That did not distract us from having a wonderful stay!!!!

This place is absolute paradise, very clean, beatifully decorated...security around the clock, didn't do any cooking but the kitchen is fully equipped, the pool area and beach are amazing and the restaurant makes great sangrias. Vivian, the owner is very sweet and helpful and super friendly. I'm hoping to be back soon.

#### We loved it!

The property has a fantastic view and great pool. Although the beach sand was clean the beach shore was full of marine debries due to the storm that threatened the island afew days back. By our third day there, they had started cleaning the marine debries and we were able to enjoy jumping in the ocean. Guest room had two beds and was great for the kids. Master bedroom was spacious. King bed was not as comfortable but it does the work. TV worked but we didn't use it. Bathrooms seems to be old but it could also be the fact that they are in an area too close to the ocean. Kitchen had all the items you would need for a real kitchen (such as pots, skillet, plates and other utensils and even potatoes masher). It had also potable water to drink out of the refrigerator dispenser. Family room had a great L shape sofa. TV worked but local channels or cable had a black and white look (Didn't try to troubleshoot though), they had afew movies available to watch using the DVD player but DVD player wasn't reading DVDs. However, i was able to hook up my laptop to watch my personal Netflix (used HMI cable from master bedroom).

#### Great condo and location - would return in future trips

Nice clean condo with great hosts that were quick to respond to any question that we had before and during our stay. The complex was very secure and clean. We were in Juan Dolio during the time when curfew was 6pm, so it was nice that the property's restaurant stayed open after that time. It was a small menu, but everything on it was great and reasonably priced. There were several mini markets within walking distance for any items we needed during our stay. It was easy to use our credit cards at most places in the area, and USD are accepted. You may want to get Dominican pesos at the beginning of your trip so that you can use them for tips outside of your credit card. Great place to stay if you are visiting this areas and the hosts are great!

#### Outstanding location and Beautiful apartment

In the past 10 years we have done about 20 rentals from VRBO throughout the world. Without doubt this is our all time favourite rental, in terms of a) location, b) outstanding 2 bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking pools and beach, and c) the EXCELLENT service provided by the owner and her family. The setting is gorgeous and all amenities are in the apartment. A few minor problems were dealt with promptly and efficiently, well beyond what one might expect! Other reviews have already covered accurately what I wanted to say. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough, you will not be disappointed!! Arend (rented last 2weels February 2020)

This is a lovely, well-situated condominium unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite with the Master BR), a fully appointed kitchen, comfortable living room and darling balcony with a stunning view of the Caribbean, just as advertised. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to messages and questions. The property is also very secure without feeling like a fortress. Overall excellent accommodations,

#### The best vacation spot to relax

This was the best vacation spot to find yourself and really relax.. the people were great especially Marcelino the waiter he was awesome anything we wanted he was there to make us happy. The condo was beautiful anything we were not sure we called Vivian and she responded fast. Our stay was incredible this is by far the best vacation spot if you want to get away from noise and just relax. Security needs some improvement on customer service and work on there people skills. But the condo the beach the pool and the owner of this property was excellent.. I’m planning my next vacation soon can’t wait 😊 thank you Vivian and thank your dad as well

#### Our family vacation at Villas Del Mar

All the amenities of home - nicely decorated, washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, walk in showers. The breath taking view of carribean sea , the coconut trees the pool and an on site restaurant makes you feel as if you never want your time at Marabella to end My family had a great time.
