Could ask me to leave my room key so I don’t forget the umbrella or even make me sign a “loose it and pay for it ticket” ; but requiring me leave my ID was a discomfort. I think the staff is polite, but need some service training, I asked for tips on restaurants, favorite ruins within the city to visit, areas to walk to; all with multiple staff members and answers were always lukewarm “it’s all good” “anywhere is fine.
