« J'ai énormément apprécié mon séjour au Luna Maya Boutique Hotel : les installations sont neuves, la décoration est vraiment jolie et originale (artistique)... Nous avions une grande chambre avec un plafond très haut, elle donnait sur la jolie cour intérieure et c'était très tranquille. Ce fut mon hôtel préféré au Guatemala. L'hôtel n'était pas aussi central que je ne l'espérait, mais au final en 10 minutes de marche on se retrouve dans le secteur touristique et je me suis sentie en sécurité lors...

« Clean room with a good mattress but rather small ,dont expect to put a second suitcase somewhere. Glass panel above the room door without any cover so expect to be awaken when someone turns the hall lights on.The main window curtain is not lightproof either. It overlooks a church ,but 30m beyond is a very busy road and you can hear in the distance horning trucks,motorcycle and so on. Bathroom is ok ,warm water available. Ok if you have excursions starting early…. »

"La chambre était assez propre et l'environnement joli et acceptable. Un parfum puissant avait été vaporisé. Lorsque l'odeur s'est dissipée, nous avons commençé à sentir une odeur de moisi et constaté que la chambre contenait un niveau d'humidité beaucoup trop important. De la moisissure était visible à plusieurs endroits. Le lit avait un trou dans le matelas oû les clients s'assoient normalement car il n'y a pas de chaises. Personnel gentil et souriant. Rapport qualité/prix correct."
