Cayena by Masaya Collection

8/10 Good
"My room, was on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool. Very spacious, with a lot of light the can easily be covered with drapes. Good fan. The security safe needs to be updated in room. Very large bathroom with in fact, a double shower and reliable hot water. I can say that this reservation was perfect and worth the money. But with one disappointment. The air conditioning is 100% reliable at night, but only 10% reliable during the day. Therefore, it was difficult to maintain a cool bedroom during sunlight hours. I literally chose this expensive spacious room because of air conditioning expectations. I do understand that we are literally in a jungle and generating energy must be very difficult. Perhaps in the future I can enjoy this desolate jungle region during the day. But make an effort to return to the large city only for confort. I have to mention that the room is away from the beach and away from all of the constant partying so you will not hear the commotions. The premises has a very large kazivo, where I practice my yoga daily. The swimming pool has refreshing temperature water oh, Olympic length for my laps. Part of that area is covered by beautiful green Canopy, so you are not exposed to tremendous heat. Ì ."

Villa tayrona

Villa tayrona

10/10 Excellent
"Villa Tayrona exceeded my expectations. The property is peaceful, beautiful, and surrounded by breathtaking mountain and sky views. Everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food. I had the arroz verde Tayrona with shrimp and a coconut limonada, and they were so delicious that I ordered them again the next night! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout my stay. Lena made transportation from Barranquilla airport simple and stress-free and even arranged food and drinks for my late-night arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated how helpful everyone was with explaining local bus transportation, which turned out to be the easiest and most affordable way for me to get around. The location is perfect — within walking distance to Tayrona National Park. The friendly dogs and cats on the property made the experience feel even more warm and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Colombia. 🌞💛"
