The staff was very welcoming. Frank the bellman at check in and Fast Freddy the bellman at check out were great! They really went above and beyond. We had a LOT of luggage and they handled it with ease. The front desk staff were wonderful as well. Our room was absolutely beautiful! It didn't feel like the average hotel room at all. Gorgeous exposed brick wall, bedroom separated, great view of the River Walk, it was incredible! We will definitely stay here again.

Liked the Condo feel, able to cook in the room, Balcony didn't face the water/city Parking Valet only, or find a lot yourself, Luckily walking distance to everything, only got car to leave on our 3 day 2 nite stay
