« The staff was great, but there were other noisy guests and someone was smoking weed next door one night. My last night was nice and the room was clean, but some of the other rooms (I changed rooms 2 times) didn't seem as clean. However, when I asked someone to clean the hairdryer case, they did. They are responsive and kind staff members. »

« My kids and I were floored by this place and how clean and well maintained it was for a great price. Breakfast was also excellent and kept getting refilled. Staff was friendly. Had a great stay . Every other hotel on our road trip paled in comparison but in other cities this hotel chain is usually out of our budget. We had a lucky night in the right city. »

« The hotel is under renovations but it was still a mess. The smell of mold on the first floor. They tried to put carpet fresh to absorb the smell & dampness. Locations of the amenities were NOT easy to find including the elevator. The hallways a mess. The parking unsafe, dark no lights & not a lot of parking available. Just not a place I would stay again. I’ll never stay again ….. 0 stars …. Sorry! »

« This was not a good stay at all. Started out with hair all over bathroom floor. Called front desk and they said they would send someone right up-no one ever came up. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work the whole 5 days we stayed there. The washer and dryer were broken. We were there for softball tournament and needed it, so ended up going to laundromat.
