"Confortable pratique agréable "

"Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement. La chambre était propre et bien aménagée. Par contre, nous avons eu des problèmes avec le chauffage, qui ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons toutefois utilisé le foyer, qui a permis de chauffer la chambre. Comme nous ne savions pas si le problème était temporaire, nous ne l’avons pas mentionné à la réception. Le salon principal du lodge était inutilisable en raison de bris. Un autre point qui pourrait être amélioré serait l’aménagement d’un trottoir menant au village, car nous avons dû marcher sur le bord de la route pour nous y rendre et, avec la neige, les déplacements à pied n’étaient vraiment pas sécuritaires."

"I went there a few weeks ago and honestly my experience was horrible. I did a very late check in ( 2:30 am) and when I arrived the front desk agent gave me my room keys. When I arrived in front of my room the door was open! I pushed the door ( I didn’t have to use the key) and big tall guy was standing in front of me at 2:30 AM!!! He screamed at me. I was sooo scared. I tried to talked to the manager for three weeks now and he doesn’t answer and doesn’t call me back even though i asked a lot of time the front desk agent to tell him to call me back! Honestly I’m very disappointed about this situation and even more about the lack of empathy of the manager. Never going back there anymore! I suggest you to do the same if you want to avoid to see someone in your room in the middle of the night"
